Feature 1: Long Shaft for High Speed Rotation

A dynamometer and a test motor are connected with just a single long shaft, enabling high-speed rotation of 20,000 rpm or more and high torque to be transmitted directly. It covers a wide range of specifications for EMC assessments of EV motors.

The maximum specs when customizing are as follow; Dynamometer achieves 20,000 rpm for rotation, torque for 350 N·m, 380 kW for capacity, while Battery simulator goes up to 1,000 DC for voltage, 600 A for current, and 500 kW for capacity.

Feature 3: Implementation of Testing Service

EMC testing can actually be carried out in the demonstration anechoic chamber at the Fujimatsu Laboratory of e-OHTAMA (Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture).
*We have begun EMC testing using this system in September 2020.
